Chamomile is another great bringer of peace. I think it signifies the release, the calm that you feel when letting a breath out. It’s also a soothing color and taste- for some people, even the smell can begin the unwinding process. Mugwort provides natural energy to your body, representing and embodying the emotional elevation you experience after a cleansing round of breaths. Ginger brings in a little kick to get you going, that little nudge that tells you to move on, keep going. It used to be used as a love potion long ago and I like to think that it can serve as a reminder of gentle self-love. It nudges your forward gently, saying to have grace for yourself as you move forward in your day. Valerian Root takes away the hyperactivity that often comes throughout the day. That endless “to-do” list that goes through your head when you practice yoga or drift off to sleep. It’s there to help you let go and let be. Lemongrass calms anxiety, allowing you to leave fears behind. All in all, a lovely blend to help you gently let go while you gracefully move forward in your day.

Comes in a simple brown tea bag with a 1 measuring cups worth of tea. Number of servings depends on personal preference but shouldn't be larger than 1 tablespoon per cup. So the minimum amount of servings is 16.
